The game throws up a photo of some blonde with massive, obviously enhanced knockers spilling out of a top, and you gotta pick which flat chested starlet she used to be. Sounds simple but fuck me, some of these are genuinely tricky. There's this one model, can't remember her name, who went from basically nothing to these perfect round beach balls that sit way too high on her chest. The kind where you can practically see the implant outline when she moves. Got it wrong three times before I finally memorized her face. The quiz doesn't explain anything, just shows you the pics and waits. No hints, no backstory about the surgeon or how many CCs. Just tits and faces.

Wish there was more variety in the types of boobs though. Everything here is that same pornstar look, you know? The bolt ons. Would've been nice to see some more natural looking augmentations, the kind where you're not totally sure if they're real or not. But I guess that defeats the purpose of a quiz about obvious plastic surgery. The interface is bare bones as hell, looks like something coded in an afternoon, and sometimes the images take forever to load. Not that I'm impatient or anything. Just saying. The small tits tag is misleading too, since you only see the before pictures for like two seconds before the reveal.
