This thing. Where do I even start. The redhead walks in like she owns the place, that’s the whole setup really. Big tits, hungover, complaining about feeling something weird inside her after last night’s party. Your job as the "doctor" is to investigate, simple as that. The game is basically one long exam room scene where you poke around while she makes those exaggerated hentai noises. The pixel art isn't winning awards, feels like something someone slapped together in a weekend but honestly that’s part of the charm, or at least that’s what I tell myself.
There’s this one moment when you’re using the stethoscope and the cold metal makes her jump. I actually laughed out loud, which isn’t what I expected from a game with a patient on a table and absolutely zero medical ethics. The animation loops are choppy, like a flipbook drawn by a horny teenager, but the red hair physics, if you can call it that, have a certain jiggle to them that kept me clicking. Found myself zoning out just watching her chest rise and fall before remembering oh right I’m supposed to be finding this mysterious object. Which by the way, the whole tension about what’s inside her fizzles fast. You’ll figure it out in like three clicks and then it’s just a waiting game for the payoff.
I wish there was more to the hospital setting. A chart on the wall, a creepy skeleton model in the corner, anything. It’s just a sterile room that looks like a bad flash game from 2006, and the doctor character, you don’t even see him properly. Total non-entity. The whole thing is unpolished in a way that’s almost aggressive, parts of the UI feel like they’re about to break. But for what it is, a quick hit of redhead hentai nonsense, it delivers the messy goods without pretending to be something grand. You click, she moans, you find the thing the end. The audio hiccupped once and I had to refresh the page which killed the mood for a solid minute but then those big green eyes were staring at me again and I just sort of forgot why I was mad. That’s the power of a simple design I guess. Makes you forgive dumb bugs.
