The skip button. That thing is my best friend and my worst enemy in this one. You read a line of dialogue from Anna, something about the cold bothering her anyway, and you think, yeah, I know this part. Then you hit skip and suddenly Elsa is wearing something that is definitely not in the Disney vault and her hands are doing things that would make a snowman melt. The jump is so jarring I snorted. The text is a wall, a real avalanche of words, but the skip function is so aggressive it feels like the game itself is impatient to get to the sticky parts.
The choices. What even are they? I picked one that seemed innocent, something about asking Elsa a question, and the screen just... dissolved into a description of a redhead and a blonde tangling together in a way that made me forget all about eternal winter. The writing is weirdly specific about the sounds. A lot of wet noises described in text. It's not elegant, it's not trying to be, it's just horny and direct. The whole thing feels like someone took a fanfic they wrote on a phone during a very boring meeting and just... uploaded it. No polish. No fancy menus. Just a white background and these two sisters figuring out they are more than sisters, over and over.
There's a moment where Anna's freckles are described in a way that has nothing to do with the plot and everything to do with where Elsa's tongue is. I don't know why that detail stuck with me. The game doesn't care about the kingdom, or the trolls, or any of that. It cares about one thing. The art is static, just a couple of images that don't change, so your brain has to do all the work. And honestly? With the way the text just plows forward, unashamed, it's enough. My browser history is a disaster now. I forgot to mention the queen's ice powers are used in a scene. Not for fighting. You can guess.
