The whole thing is just a questionnaire. You click answers about how you'd feel if your girl talked to some guy, or liked his photos, or went out without you. Standard jealousy test stuff, the kind you'd find in a trashy magazine. The psychologist lady nods along, says some vaguely analytical things, and then... well, then she fucks you. That's the reward. It's not subtle.

I spent way too long trying to figure out if my answers actually changed anything. Like, does picking the more possessive options lead to a different scene? I replayed it three times, clicking different combinations, and honestly I still don't know. The sex scene seemed identical each time. Maybe her dialogue shifts slightly? There was one line about "aggressive tendencies" that I didn't get on my first run, but the animation loop was the same. The whole "psychology" tag is doing a lot of heavy lifting for what's basically a multiple choice quiz with a porn cutscene at the end. The art is... fine. Unpolished, like the description says. Her proportions are weird in that specific way these games always have, where the tits seem to exist in a different gravitational field than the rest of her body.

The "next door" and "girlfriend" tags are misleading. There's no neighbor, no girlfriend character. It's just you, the psychologist, and hypothetical scenarios about a theoretical partner. I kept waiting for someone to walk in, some twist where the test results get exposed, but nope. Just questions and then sex. The replayability is basically zero unless you're really into seeing if option B instead of option A changes a single sentence of dialogue. I guess that's the roguelike brain talking, expecting branching paths and consequences. Here the only consequence is a stiff animation and some moaning. Not complaining exactly, just... it's a one and done thing. The test itself is maybe twenty questions. You'll finish faster than you expect.
