sometimes you click on a thing expecting one vibe and get slapped with something totally sideways. this one, bubble shooter but make it horny. my first thought was literally how the fuck does that work and the answer is not at all the way you'd think. you pick a girl from this weirdly specific roster, ashantii, vanessa cornpop which sounds like a breakfast cereal, jessy berry, susijo orangato (seriously what is that name), natalie silver. real models apparently or at least photos of them, blonde, brunette, asian, the usual buffet.

the actual game. bubbles. floating up. you shoot them. the bubbles have, i shit you not, tiny pictures of the girl on them. like little circular portraits trapped in soap. pop enough and the static image on the left loses some clothes. piece by piece. a striptease via bubble genocide. the arcade tag makes sense if your idea of an arcade is a fever dream where skee ball makes a lady take her top off.

the aiming felt off, like the trajectory line was lying to me. i missed a shot on a cluster of three jessy berry heads and almost quit. the whole thing rides on this one gimmick, shoot bubbles, see pixel, repeat. there's no variety. i wish it would get more explicit faster but that's my gacha whale brain talking, wanting the big reward after five pulls not fifty. the sound design is nonexistent. just the ghostly pop of bubbles and my own breathing.

the model choices are what they are. sort of that early 2000s soft focus glamour shot look. vanessa cornpop lives in my head now not because she's stunning but because her name is vanessa cornpop. it's like a fake name a sitcom would use for a pornstar character. the whole thing has that energy, a prop from a show about the early internet. not sexy exactly but compelling like finding a nudie mag in the woods.
