That car crash cutscene, two frames and a tire screech, then you wake up in a bed with a boner. I don't know if that's trauma or wish fulfillment. The hospital room is just three walls and a window that does nothing. But the nurses, man. One has this huge chest that clips through her uniform when she leans over to check your pulse. The other keeps calling you "patient" but her eyes are already doing the work.
The click and drag system is ancient. You rub, she moans, a bar fills up. That's it. But then the big boobed one pulls out a syringe and says something about a "full body exam" and suddenly I forgot the game runs in a browser tab next to my other stuff. There's no proper animation, just loops that stutter like an old Flash site from 2007. And honestly, that's part of the charm. The sounds are wet and okay. The moans repeat way too often. I think one audio file is used for both nurses, just pitched different. Cheap but works.
You can choose which nurse to focus on, but the game nudges you toward both. The doctor never shows up, which is fine, nobody cares about the doctor. There's a weird minigame where you have to find excuses to take off your gown, like "my leg hurts" but then she touches your chest. I don't know medical stuff. The ending I got had both of them at the same time, which felt generous for maybe nine minutes of clicking. Then the screen just says "treatment complete" and that's it. No goodbye, no epilogue, just a reset button. I clicked it again. Not because it's great, but because it's there and my hand was already on the mouse.
The thing with these games is you don't come for the story. You come because you're lonely and the idea of a nurse with big soft boobs telling you everything will be okay is enough. The game is unpolished like a cracked sidewalk, but your shoe still finds the path.
