The hotspot system is basically a choose your own adventure where every path leads to Liara getting railed. Click her tits, get a titjob loop. The animations are rough around the edges, like someone took a Mass Effect model and ran it through a blender with too much lube, but honestly that jank kind of works for the whole "fan mod that got out of hand" energy.
