I think the dev has this obsession with making mundane Japanese settings feel perverted in the most inconvenient ways. You're not just a voyeur, you're an incompetent one, fumbling with controls while a girl in a yukata waits impatiently. The whole thing is unpolished on purpose, like a deliberate middle finger to smooth gameplay. And that ping pong game, I still can't get the timing down.
