This patient with abdominal pains walks in and suddenly you're doing the most unprofessional medical examination since that one weird visual novel everyone spammed in chat last month.

The stethoscope section had me actually laughing though. You're supposed to listen to her heartbeat but the hitbox is somewhere around her collarbone and if you miss it three times she makes this disappointed face that honestly hurts more than it should. Not that the game punishes you. There's no fail state. You just keep poking around until clothes start disappearing and then it's straight to the main event which, let's be real, is why anyone clicked on this. The "doctor" roleplay is thinner than the plot of those mobile ads where the mom finds the stepson stuck in the washing machine. But the animations during the sex scenes have this weirdly satisfying rhythm to them, like they put all their effort into exactly three positions and said fuck it to everything else.

Wish there was more with Helen though. She's just mentioned in text and never shows up. Missed opportunity for some nurse rivalry or whatever. The pickup tag is generous too, there's no real dialogue choices or anything, just click body parts until the next scene triggers.
