You ever get that feeling where you're scrolling through a site like Nutaku or Erogames and everything looks the same? Same polished renders, same boring dialogue trees. Then you find something like Peacock's Backdoor Adventure and it's like finding a weird VHS tape at a garage sale. The opening scene just throws you in. No fancy menu, no character creator. Just a peacock. And a butt. The animation is janky as hell, like someone learned Blender last week and said screw it, I'm publishing this. The feathers clip through the body sometimes and the sound effects are clearly just someone making wet noises with their mouth into a cheap mic.

I spent way too long trying to get the camera angle right because the default view is terrible. You can't see anything properly unless you zoom in and rotate like a maniac. The peacock's tail keeps getting in the way. It's frustrating but also kind of hilarious? Like the game knows it's a mess and doesn't care. The physics are all wrong. When the action starts, things stretch in ways that would send anyone to the ER. I laughed out loud at one point when the peacock made this weird squawk that sounded more like a car alarm than a bird.

The whole thing runs in browser and my phone got hot enough to fry an egg after about ten minutes. There's no story, no dialogue, no characters to speak of. Just the peacock. Doing its thing. Taking it up the butt. The description said that and delivered exactly that. No lies detected. I respect that directness even if the execution is a fever dream. The color palette is offensive. Bright greens and blues that burn into your retina. My cat left the room. I don't know if that's a review or a warning but there it is.
