The escape route involves distracting a warden by making your cellmate do a lewd dance on a table. The table is just a brown rectangle. Her dance is a two-frame hip sway. I failed the escape three times on purpose just to see that stupid, jerky hip sway again.

There's a point where you get a "sex kitten" power-up that turns your character's hair pink and makes your tits bigger, which is the entire gameplay loop. It doesn't change any mechanics. It just makes the pixels bigger. I'm still not sure if that was a bug or a feature. The final escape is a non-interactive cutscene where you just walk out the front door while everyone is busy in a massive, low-res orgy you triggered.
