Got stuck on that damn 250 score for like a week. The gallery is what kept me going honestly. Not the best art you'll ever see, kinda rough around the edges like someone's first attempt at digital, but there's something about the bounce physics that just works. The way the balls move when you hit them, the slight jiggle animation on the character, it's simple but effective. My hand cramped up something fierce trying to get past 200 points.
The challenge mode is brutal. Three lives and that's it. Miss one ball and you feel it in your gut. The arcade-style scoring means you're always chasing that high score, and the ultra bounce mechanic where the balls speed up after certain thresholds... man. Sometimes I'd get to 180 and then lose all three lives in like ten seconds because the balls go completely nuts. The sound effects are basic, just little pops and dings, nothing special. Actually the music loop gets annoying after a while, I ended up muting it and playing my own playlist.
What's weird is how addictive it becomes. It's basically arcanoid with tits, right? But the gallery unlocks at certain score milestones and that's the real hook. Each new image feels earned. The explicit content is straightforward, no weird story or dialogue to get in the way. Just pure arcade action with a reward system that actually makes sense. Though I wish the hitbox on the paddle was a tiny bit wider, sometimes I swear I clipped the ball but it still slipped past. Maybe that's just me being bad at it. The game doesn't pretend to be anything it's not and I respect that.
