Alancy spends half this game on her knees and honestly that feels right. Not because the plot demands it, but because the whole thing has this weight to it, like the air in every room is thicker than it should be. You click through dialogue and the submission just... happens. Not in some dramatic "I am now submissive" declaration, but in the way she hesitates before answering, the way her shoulders drop in certain scenes. There's this one moment where her husband asks her to fetch something and she doesn't even question it anymore. That's the game. Not the BDSM props or the ropework, but that quiet erosion of resistance.

The 3D models look like they were rendered on hardware from 2013 and I mean that as a compliment. Everything has this slightly wrong proportion that makes it feel more intimate somehow, like you're looking at someone's actual fantasy instead of a polished product. The animations are stiff in that specific way where you can tell someone cared but didn't have the resources, and honestly that's hotter than ray tracing. During one scene where she's being tied up, the rope clips through her wrist slightly and instead of breaking immersion it just made me lean closer. Weird how jank can do that.

The quest system is barely a quest system. You click on things, dialogue progresses, sometimes you get a choice that doesn't really branch so much as it delays the inevitable. That sounds like criticism but I'm not sure it is. The whole point is that Alancy's desires are getting reshaped and having actual agency would undercut that. There's this one moment where you can choose to resist and the game just... waits. Then the same outcome happens anyway, just slower. That's the hottest thing in here and I'm not even joking. The story is basically "husband wants things, wife learns to want them too" but told through these small domestic moments that feel more real than they should. You end up wanting her to obey, which is either brilliant design or I need to examine some things about myself.
