The real erotic tension isn't in the game, it’s in the waiting. The videos between levels are the actual prize, grainy little loops that look like they were ripped from a 2005 phone. The compression artifacts on Alekta’s chest are a specific kind of aesthetic. It’s not high art. It’s grimy and direct.

The sound design is just a loop of what I think is supposed to be lounge music but it cuts off abruptly every thirty seconds. A hard, digital silence, then it starts again. I spent more time listening to that broken loop than I did looking at the opponents. Mica’s nipples are a weird shade of pink, almost neon against her tan. That’s the detail that sticks. Not the poker, not the wins, just that aggressively bright pink. The game is a delivery system for a few seconds of jiggling flesh and it doesn’t pretend to be anything else. It’s a strip poker simulator where the poker is the least sexy and most broken part, which is honestly kind of perfect. It’s a transaction. You suffer through the card game, it gives you the boobs.
