The alchemy system is basically just clicking through menus but somehow I spent twenty minutes trying to figure out if I could make a potion that would do something other than what the game wanted. You can't. It's a kinetic novel, no choices, no branching, just watching Natalie's life spiral into this increasingly absurd muscle fetish fantasy. The pharmacy setting gets dropped almost immediately once she starts brewing these homemade steroids in her apartment. There's this one scene where she's testing a new formula and her clothes literally rip apart mid-conversation with her catgirl roommate who's been eyeing her the whole time. The vaginal sex scenes are animated just enough to work but the looping gets obvious fast. For what it is, a short degenerate romp about a pharmacist who decides being swole is the answer to all her problems, it delivers exactly what you'd expect and nothing more.
