Hart finds the body in the alley, throat carved open, weird symbols still glowing on the brickwork. Then the ritual snaps sideways because the victim's already dead and can't complete whatever the fuck was supposed to happen. Now the power jumps to Hart instead. That's the setup. I'm sitting there expecting some noir detective shit but suddenly I'm clicking through cursed artifacts that each unlock different sex scenes with women who are, uh, not subtle about what they want.
The first artifact I find gives me a footjob scene. Not my thing, whatever. But the art. It's AI generated and it shows. Fingers merging into toes, eyes slightly wrong, that uncanny sheen on everything. Except some of the ahegao faces actually work? Something about the dead eyed AI stare makes the tongue out, eyes rolled back expression hit different. Creepy but in a way that matches the occult theme. The titfuck scene with the first milf character. Her proportions are absurd. Tits like beach balls. But the pov framing is actually decent and the step by step progression from teasing to the main event is paced well.
The point and click stuff is barebones. Click artifact, click character, click through dialogue, unlock gallery. There's no real detective work. Hart just exists as a dick with legs. The writing tries to be ominous but mostly just horny. "The deeper you search, the more the line between hunter and pawn begins to blur." Sure buddy, I'm just here for the anal scene with the cosplay witch. Which by the way, is buried behind finding four specific relics and I only stumbled into it because I got stuck clicking everything like a moron. The female domination stuff. Some of it's hot, the pov handjob scenes have good composition. But then the same character shows up in a creampie scene and her ass is literally a different shape. The AI inconsistency kills immersion dead.
The big ass tag is accurate. Like, disturbingly accurate. There's a scene where a character bends over and it's just. Yeah. Look, I came for the occult mystery and stayed for. Actually I don't know why I stayed. The sound design is nonexistent. Just silence while you click through 350 images of varying quality. Some poses are genuinely hot, the teasing sequences build tension well. Others look like a melting wax figure trying to give a titjob. The game doesn't care. It just throws image after image at you until something sticks.
