There's this moment, maybe day 47, where Joy is in the kitchen and her phone buzzes. Husband is right there, reading some boring report. She glances at the screen and it's a message from the guy she's been... well. You know. And the game just sits there, letting you feel the weight of whether to open it. That little animated loop of her biting her lip. Fuck, it's good.

Corrupting Joy: 365 Days is basically a slow motion trainwreck simulator with a MILF protagonist and you're the one pulling the levers. The whole thing runs in browser, no download bullshit, which is nice because I was on my tablet and, uh, privacy matters. The branching is where it gets twisted. Four main paths, but they bleed into each other in weird ways. I got stuck on the cuckold route because I'm a degenerate, obviously. Making the husband watch, breaking his little spirit while Joy discovers she really likes the power. The BDSM elements creep in gradually, not just whips and chains out of nowhere. There's this one scene with a collar that's more about the psychological domination than the leather, and the animation is deliberately a bit janky, which somehow makes it hotter? Like a found footage thing.

The corruption is paced daily, literally. 365 in game days. Some choices feel tiny, like what underwear to wear, and then three weeks later you realize that choice started a domino effect that ends with her getting railed in a public bathroom. Oops.

I do wish the "secret affair" path had more close call moments. The adrenaline is supposed to be high risk but sometimes the husband feels like a cardboard cutout who wouldn't notice if she fucked someone on the dining table. Which, actually, you can do. So maybe that's the point. The bonus path is still getting updates, which is annoying because I want to see how far the rabbit hole goes right now. The MILF tag is accurate, she's got that mature body type but the 2D art style keeps it from being too realistic, which I prefer. Less uncanny valley, more fantasy. Anyway the swinger route is there too I guess, for people who like sharing without the humiliation kink. Not my thing but the writing is consistent across all of it. The dialogue during the BDSM scenes doesn't get cringey, which is rare. Usually these games have dialogue that makes me want to delete my browser history out of secondhand embarrassment.
