That moment when Dakota Dove finally loses the last scrap of fabric and the numbers on the tiles stop mattering. You know what I mean? The puzzle itself is almost an afterthought. You slide these numbered squares around, 1, 2, 3, whatever, trying to get them in order. It's a logic thing. My brain is fried from scrolling Twitter and now I have to do math to see a nipple. Worth it, I guess.
The real model thing hits different than drawn stuff. Dakota's got this blonde hair that catches the light in a way that made me restart a level twice just to see the animation again. She does this little shimmy on the pole, very slow, like she's bored but in a hot way. The lingerie is basic, black lace, nothing you haven't seen on a mannequin at the mall. But the way she peels it off, piece by piece, there's a clumsiness to it. A strap gets caught on her thumb for a second. That tiny detail got me more than the actual stripping. I wish the pole dancing was more than just a looping gif though. It's the same two moves over and over. A little hip circle, a back arch. I started timing my puzzle solves to match the beat of it, which is a weird thing to admit.
The numbers part. Right. So you're assembling tiles. It's not hard. My cat could probably do it if she wasn't so busy being a dick. But the game knows why you're here. It dangles the next stage of the striptease just out of reach. I failed a puzzle on purpose once, just to see if she'd laugh at me. She didn't. She just stood there in her bra, waiting. The silence was loud. Made me feel like a real degenerate, sitting there in my boxers, failing basic counting. Then I solved it and she dropped the bra and I forgot all about that feeling. The final scene is just her, fully stripped, no more numbers. Just a blonde in nothing, staring at you. I stared back for an uncomfortable amount of time before closing the tab.
