Ok so the mouse cursor was this tiny little thing and I could barely see it against some of the darker backgrounds. I spent a good minute just wiggling it around trying to find where I clicked last. That's the kind of jank I actually expect from these indie VNs though, it's part of the charm maybe. This one's called Finding Useful Tamable Allies which is a mouthful but basically you're a futa on the run, broke and pissed off, looking to build a crew by... well, let's just say very hands-on management.
The first girl you meet is this spicy tomboy type and the corruption doesn't waste any time. It's not like slow burn teasing, she goes from zero to ahegao face down pretty quick, and the 3d models actually look decent when they're getting wrecked. Like the sweat effect on the skin and the way the eyes roll back, it's got that specific Ren'py jank where the animations are just looping but the stills are hot. You can literally see the moment her brain cells clock out for the day. I mean, the dialogue is pure filth, which is a plus in my book for an eroge, no fake poetry here. Just straight up wet sounds and a lot of slapping noises that my neighbor probably thinks is a strange cooking show.
The whole cheating tag, I'm not sure where that kicks in yet because I was too busy corrupting the first ally to check on any other plot threads. The MC is a futa protagonist so it's all girl on girl action but with extra equipment, and the yuri dynamic gets real messy real fast. You're not just befriending these girls, you're rewiring them. The story says you can choose names but I just left it default, I don't care about immersion when the real goal is to fill the screen with lewd fluids.
At one point the music looped so abruptly I laughed mid-scene, completely ruining the mood. But then the corruption path unlocked a new outfit for the tomboy and things got serious again. It's a visual novel, so you're just clicking and choosing how much of a bastard you want to be. It's not about saving the day, it's about breaking the toys.
