Watching the sprite animations in this thing is a trip. The way the brunette model moves, there's this one frame where her shoulder hitches up just before the lingerie slides off. It's a microexpression in pixels. Someone spent way too long on that shoulder. The rest of her body language during the striptease reward is stiff, honestly. Like a mannequin with a motor. But that shoulder. It tells a whole story of nervous pride. The hockey part is chaos. You're in a labyrinth, see, and the puck bounces off walls like a caffeinated squirrel. You shoot it with your gun to push it. Not to score. To push. Towards the opponent's out zone. My brain kept screaming "shoot the goal" but no goal exists. Just zones. Took me a dozen rounds to stop aiming at the other player's sprite.
The real model photos they used for the character art have this uncanny valley thing going on. One second she's a photo, the next she's a stiffly animated reward sequence. The contrast is jarring but I couldn't look away. The arcade shooter mechanics are floaty. Your gun has no weight. The puck physics feel like it's sliding on oiled glass. There's a moment in the labyrinth where you can trap the puck in a dead end and just pummel it with shots until it clips through the wall. Happened twice. I laughed. The game didn't care.
A guy who's into both air hockey and those old browser strip-poker games from 2005 would get the most from this. The sport part is barely sport. The erotic part is barely erotic. But together they make a weird kind of sense, like finding a porno mag in a gym locker. You're not supposed to mix these things
