The video clips are what got me. Like, who thought to just drop full motion scenes into what looks like a slapped together Ren'Py knockoff from 2014? The nurse uniform one in the hospital room, jesus. She's got these massive tits spilling out and the clip quality is actually decent, better than the static images somehow. The game's called something about being a doctor but honestly the medical stuff is just clicking through text. Rich women with big boobs coming in for checkups, you pick dialogue options, sometimes you get a POV shot that made me forget I was playing a game for a second.

The library scene though. You can choose to study and improve your skills or just go full degen and I obviously picked the latter because who plays these for the plot. There's this one path where you end up in a park and the roleplay aspect gets weirdly specific, like she wants you to examine her right there on a bench. The multiple endings thing is real, I got the "take everything from life" ending first try and it was basically a compilation of all the strip scenes. Not complaining. The real model tag is doing heavy lifting here, you can tell they filmed actual people and then built the game around it. Some of the acting is so bad it circles back to being hot again.

What bugs me is the 10 day system. You're supposed to manage your time between being the best doctor and being a horny bastard but the timer feels arbitrary. I missed a scene with one of the nurses because I clicked the wrong hospital wing and the game just moved on. No warning. The various endings are cool in theory but replaying to see them means sitting through the same text boxes. The erotic tension builds weird too, one minute you're professional, next minute she's stripping in your office. No middle ground. Still fired it up again though. The POV clips in the hospital room live rent free in my head. If you're gonna play, save before every choice because the game doesn't care about your feelings.
