Truck-kun strikes again. That overworked delivery vehicle has sent more people to fantasy worlds than heart disease at this point. One second you're walking home, the next you're face down in the Hidden Leaf Village with a concussion and a suddenly functional knowledge of chakra. The whole setup is so aggressively stupid I couldn't stop clicking.
The first thing that happens is Sakura finds you. And look, I know everyone dumps on her character, but this version is drawn with the kind of care that makes you forget she ever obsessed over Sasuke. The artist clearly has favorites though. Hinata's scenes have this soft glow effect that makes her look like she's permanently standing in golden hour lighting. Ino gets the short end of the stick, her route feels like it was finished on a Thursday afternoon before a long weekend. The dialogue during her confession scene literally has a typo where "nervous" is spelled "nervious" and nobody fixed it. I stared at that for way too long.
The harem management is basically nonexistent. You just sort of bounce between the three girls and occasionally Naruto shows up to say something about ramen and then disappears. There's this one moment where you're supposed to be training with shadow clones and the game just forgets to show the clones. Naruto's standing there talking to empty air while the text box describes twenty identical versions of you. I laughed so hard I had to put my phone down. The sex scenes are fully explicit though, no fade to black bullshit. Hinata's first time scene goes on for like fifteen text boxes and the writer was definitely going through something personal because the level of detail is almost uncomfortable. Sakura's scenes are more aggressive, lots of "believe it" jokes that stopped being funny in 2008 but somehow work here.
The isekai premise never matters after the first five minutes. You don't try to get home, nobody questions why a random guy knows future events, and the truck is never mentioned again. Perfect. I respect the commitment to not caring about plot.
