The whole thing hinges on a premise that would get you laughed out of a first year ethics seminar. You play a psych student who lands a dream sexologist gig, then immediately gets himself into trouble for inappropriate behavior. So you start over, using your textbook knowledge to manipulate the women around you into bed. It's like the game read the title and decided to make the protagonist the exact kind of person who should never be allowed near a therapy couch.
