The sprite work here is a study in contradictions. Mira’s idle animation has this little hip sway that’s supposed to be flirty but the loop point is off by maybe three frames so she keeps doing this micro-jitter like she’s nervous about something. Lola’s ahegao face during the poly route unlock is genuinely well drawn, tongue curl and all, but then her eyes don’t track the protagonist during the next dialogue box so she’s just staring at a wall while talking about load bearing beams.

The renovation mechanic is basically a personality quiz disguised as home improvement. Pick the smart toilet and Mira’s affection meter jumps. Pick the vintage tile and Lola practically vibrates. I spent twenty minutes agonizing over kitchen backsplash options because the game implied it would lock me out of the threesome scene. It didn’t. The threesome scene triggers regardless if you’ve been even slightly nice to both of them, which makes the whole choice system feel like set dressing.

The titfuck scene with Mira has this weird thing where her breasts are animated frame by frame but her shoulders stay completely static. It’s like watching someone get motorboated by a ghost. The sound design during that bit is just wet slapping noises that don’t sync with the visual rhythm at all. I laughed. Not in a mean way, more like when you see a cat miss a jump.

The furry tag is misleading. There’s exactly one dream sequence where the characters have animal ears for like four dialogue boxes and then it’s never mentioned again. I kept waiting for it to come back. It doesn’t.

The group sex scene has this moment where Lola is supposed to be teasing the protagonist while Mira watches but her sprite’s mouth keeps opening and closing with no dialogue appearing for a solid three seconds. Bug or feature? Hard to say. The whole game has this unpolished charm, like someone’s first Ren’Py project that got way more ambitious than their skill level. The coastal town atmosphere is actually nice though. The background art for the beach at sunset made me feel something genuine, which is more than I expected from a game where you can renovate a bathroom and then immediately fuck in it.
