Jake in this game feels like that guy you see on Instagram flexing his car and his abs, but here you actually get to poke around in his mess of a life and make him do dumb or smart shit. He is early 30s, divorced, kinda cocky, kinda broken, and the whole thing is built around you dragging him through this mix of street racing, money hustling and way too many horny choices with women who all look like trouble in different flavors. The game doesn’t pretend to be deep. It just throws you into his everyday grind: phone buzzing, someone asking for a race, hot neighbor bending over in the hallway for no real reason, some shady dude promising fast cash, and suddenly you’re choosing if Jake spends the night risking his car on an illegal race or risking his dick by walking into yet another girl’s apartment. What I liked is that nothing is explained nicely. There’s no big guide. One second you’re picking dialogue with this redhead who calls him out on his bullshit, next second you’re in some underground lot with neon lights on the wet asphalt, trying not to lose everything on one stupid bet while she texts him “good luck, champ” with a kiss emoji like she knows exactly what you’re doing with her picture later in the bathroom.

There is this early scene where Jake meets a woman at a bar after a race. She is older, perfect dress, that kind of bored rich energy. The game lets you choose if he plays it cool and cocky or if he drops the mask and admits he is basically living out of race money and half lies. I picked the honest route first and she actually got more interested, pulled him into the bathroom, locked the door and you get this cramped, messy sex scene where his back is against the sink, her skirt hiked up, her lipstick smeared on his neck. For a game that looks pretty straightforward at first glance, those moments feel weirdly personal. Then again, if you replay and pick the arrogant option, she still fucks him against the stall but it feels cheaper, more like two horny strangers using each other. So yeah, choices matter, but also not really, he still gets laid a lot. That’s kinda the whole tone. You’re rewarded for almost everything, just in slightly different shapes. Sometimes that’s fun. Sometimes it makes the drama feel like soft background noise, like the divorce, the debt, the dangerous people around him never fully bite. You keep thinking “ok, now they’re gonna wreck his life” and instead you get another scene where some insanely hot street racer girl sits on his lap in the car, grinding on him while explaining race routes like it’s a podcast you’re not listening to. I wish it pushed the consequences harder, but at the same time I keep clicking the riskier options just to see who he ends up in bed with next, so maybe the game is right and I’m the problem.

The street race stuff is surprisingly tense, even though it’s not full sim or anything. When you’re lining up at the start line, city lights way back, exhaust popping, those little prompts to tune your reaction pop up and you feel that small hit of “ok, don’t fuck this up or Jake loses rent money.” Once I screwed up the timing and lost badly. Went back to the garage scene after, and one of the girls there, this mechanic chick with oil on her thighs, just gives him that look, says something like “guess I’m not the only thing you can’t handle,” and suddenly the next scene is this half angry blowjob while he is still sulking. She keeps teasing him about his bad race, spits on his cock, tells him she only likes winners, and you kinda feel bullied and turned on at the same time. I liked that, even if a lot of the writing sometimes leans into cheesy porn lines you have heard on xHamster in like 2013. The phone interface, the chats, the way girls send selfies that slowly get less and less dressed depending how you talk to them, it all feels pulled from modern apps like WhatsApp and Instagram. You get that little dopamine hit when you unlock a more explicit photo because you picked the right mix of confident and honest. And yes, Jake talks like he thinks he is main character of some cheap Netflix show, and yes, half the women are unrealistic “smoking hot and always horny,” but the game kinda knows it and doesn’t pretend to be anything else. You come in for street races, stay for the sex scenes, complain about his dumb decisions, then go back and make him do the same dumb thing again just to see a different position on the back seat of that stupid car.
