The first time the galaxy map opens up I just sat there staring at the star systems. Not because it's pretty, it's actually kind of janky looking, but because I realized I could just... go. No hand holding. I picked a random planet and immediately got my ass handed to me by some slaver gang I wasn't leveled for. Had to reload. That's the whole vibe of this thing honestly, it's been cooking since 2017 and you can feel those years in how the systems pile up on each other. The quest log has this flashing yellow button that I completely missed for like twenty minutes of clicking around the talk menu like an idiot. I kept trying to click on the slavegirl's portrait thinking that would trigger something but nope, just the big obvious QUEST button I was blind to.

The management side is where my brain gets stuck in optimization loops. You're training these girls, breaking them in, assigning tasks, and the numbers go up. Dopamine hits. But then you take them into combat scenarios and suddenly all that training matters in ways the tutorial never explains. I had this one slave who was maxed out in obedience but her combat stats were garbage so she just kept getting stunned every fight. Useless in a scrap but great for the brothel income. The sex scenes are written with this weird mix of clinical detail and genuine heat, like someone describing a medical procedure they're really into. There's a scene early on with the first slave where the power dynamic shifts and the game doesn't make a big deal about it but I noticed.

The vengeance plot is whatever, standard revenge stuff, but I keep forgetting about it because I'm too busy trying to figure out the economy. Credits are tight early on and I spent way too long grinding the same dungeon just to afford upgrades. The galaxy feels big but empty in spots, like there's supposed to be more there. Some planets just have nothing on them yet. Been playing this on and off and I still haven't touched half the content because I keep restarting to try different training approaches. The Patreon stuff pops up but it's not aggressive about it.
