The skip button is my best friend in this one. Not because the art is bad, the cg hentai scenes are actually pretty solid with that thick linework and exaggerated anatomy that makes the big tits tag feel earned. No, it's because the writing thinks it's way more clever than it is. The whole bored superhero hook, it's a setup for a power fantasy where the guy's internal monologue sounds like a teenager who just discovered sarcasm. I found myself clicking through dialogue trees just to get to the next oral sex scene, which, let's be honest, is the main event here.
There's this one sequence early on where you're supposed to be stopping a convenience store robbery. The game gives you this whole moral choice thing, but the options are basically "be a dick" or "be a slightly hornier dick." I picked the hornier one, obviously, and the resulting blowjob scene had this weird fisheye perspective on the heroine's face that I couldn't stop staring at. Not in a good way. Like her left eye was trying to escape her head. But then the next scene with the main love interest, the one with the ridiculous chest, that one's framed perfectly. The spit effects are a nice touch, very glossy. Makes no sense how inconsistent the quality is.
The adventure part is just walking between scenes. Literally. You click a location, the screen fades, you're there. Sometimes there's a superhero fight described in text that you don't see. Budget constraints, I get it. But don't tell me I just threw a car at a villain and then show me a static image of a city skyline. Show me the car. Or better yet, show me what happens after, which the game thankfully understands by the midpoint. The bedroom scoring ramps up considerably once the boring life stuff is out of the way. The whole "ordinary guy" thing is a lie anyway, he's got superhuman abilities from the jump, so the change of pace is just him finally using them to get laid. Which, fair enough. That's the contract we all signed.
