The groping mechanic is just tapping and holding on her sprite until a little meter fills up, no real challenge, but the way her expression shifts from teasing to something more dazed, her pixelated chest heaving, it gets under your skin.

The sandbox loop is gathering ingredients from a merchant, then brewing potions.
