The castle map is a mess. Not broken, just... deliberately confusing, like someone spilled coffee on the blueprints and said "fuck it, that's the dungeon now." You wander from a room with a fucking machine bolted to the floor into a hallway where tentacles just... happen. No warning. No logic. I spent ten minutes trying to figure out if I'd already been in the alchemy room or if this was a different one with the same torture rack. It was the same one. The potion I needed was behind a chain I couldn't figure out how to unlock, and the girl strapped to the wall kept making this sound that was supposed to be moaning but honestly sounded like my old Nokia when the battery was dying.

The BDSM stuff is there, sure. Chains, restraints, the irregulars whatever those are supposed to be. Some rooms have these weird shadow creatures that just watch. Not participating, just... watching. Made me uncomfortable in a way that wasn't sexy, more like when you're at a party and someone's standing too close while you're trying to eat chips. The fucking machine segment is probably the most straightforward part, click this, insert that, watch the animation loop until you remember you have other things to do. Like finding those potions. Which I still haven't collected all of them. There's one somewhere in the east wing that I swear moves every time I reload.

I wish there was more interaction with the environment beyond "click to torture." Like, let me combine items or something. The potion system feels tacked on, a reason to explore when the exploration itself should be the draw. But the castle has this grimy atmosphere that works, even when the textures don't. Sound design is mostly wet noises and chains rattling. My cat left the room during one particularly enthusiastic machine sequence. I don't blame her.

The chainsaw lobotomy room got me three times before I figured out the disguise system. Not proud of that. The game doesn't hold your hand at all, which I respect even when I'm cursing at my screen. Floor 0 is a meat grinder if you walk in wearing your default idiot clothes, and the mad doctors don't mess around. They will KILL you. Capital letters intended.

This is the latest Sex Kitten entry and our hero knows he's in a game now, which creates this weird meta layer where he's complaining about tropes while actively walking into them. The writing has that specific flavor of humor where the protagonist is genre-savvy but also completely powerless to stop the bullshit happening to him. McSlut is still McSlut, sniffing out your magic good like some kind of depraved bloodhound, and you have to do increasingly stupid things to build up that stat just to get her attention. The quiz segments caught me off guard. Didn't expect to be tested on asylum trivia while trying to avoid a lobotomy.

The torture scenes lean into the asylum setting hard. Straitjackets, questionable medical procedures, the whole nine yards. It's not subtle about what it is. The hentai adventure framework means you're bouncing between sneaking, fast-talking, and occasionally stabbing your way through situations that make zero logical sense. That's the point though. The game knows it's ridiculous and the humor lands more often than it misses. I spent way too long looking for a secret basement that the dev explicitly says doesn't exist. The note about it in the description feels like a personal attack now.

File size is tiny for what you get. Runs smooth in browser, no bullshit. The unpolished feel is deliberate, part of the charm, though sometimes I wish the UI gave better feedback on what disguises work where. Small complaint.
