Nailah’s tits have this weird physics glitch where they bounce twice after she stops moving. Noticed it during the first tavern scene, right before everything goes to shit. Spent maybe twenty minutes just making her walk back and forth near the fireplace. The animation loops are otherwise pretty stiff, that classic early Patreon build jank, but the CG sequences. Fuck. Whoever did the lighting on the ritual chamber scene understood something primal about how shadows should fall across a woman’s stomach.

The battle system is turn based, nothing special, but losing has its own rewards if you catch my meaning. There’s this one enemy, some kind of corrupted knight, and his grab attack transitions into a full scene that I definitely didn’t expect the first time. Almost dropped my coffee. The quest structure is weirdly nostalgic, reminds me of those old Newgrounds adventure games where you’d click around hoping to find the one pixel that advances the story. Spent too long stuck in the forest section because I missed a tiny sparkle on a bush. Not complaining though, the encounter it unlocked was worth the frustration.

The story is there, something about greed and freedom and ancient powers, but honestly I kept clicking through dialogue to get to the next lewd unlock. Nailah’s voice acting, when it exists, is surprisingly decent for what’s essentially a porn game. There’s this one line she whispers during the tent scene that made my scalp tingle. The public build cuts off right when things start getting really interesting with the main villain, some sorceress who’s clearly got plans for our heroine that don’t involve tea parties. The patreon version apparently goes much further but I’m broke so here we are, replaying the same three scenes and noticing new details each time. Like how Nailah’s eyes actually track the mouse cursor during dialogue. Creepy and hot simultaneously.
