Okay so you know those games where everyone's like "oh no we must study hard for the big exam" and then suddenly there's a dick measuring contest in the library? This ain't that. It's way dumber. In a good way? Maybe.

The game never really explains the scoring system which drove me nuts. Like one minute you're talking to some girl about her major and the next she's bent over a table and I'm just supposed to accept that this counts as points for the frat. What are the metrics here? Endurance? Technique? How much noise she makes? I spent way too long thinking about this. The dialogue choices are bizarre too, sometimes you pick something totally normal and the reaction is like you just proposed marriage, other times you say something filthy and everyone acts like you commented on the weather. There's this one character, the redhead, her scenes are actually pretty hot, I'll give them that. The way the art shifts during those moments, it's deliberately rough but it works. Unlike the blonde girl who just looks confused the whole time. Not in a cute way, in a "did I leave the oven on" way. Anyway I clicked through most of her stuff. The humor lands maybe 40% of the time, which is better than most of these games honestly. Some of the lines made me snort. Others made me wonder if the writer was having a stroke. "You are make my heart become like the fast rabbit." That's a real quote. I think about it a lot. Wish there was more actual frat rivalry content instead of just random hookups that happen to be near Greek letters but I guess that's the genre, right? Visual novel players just want to see tits and the thinnest possible excuse for them. Can't blame the devs for knowing their audience.

The whole thing feels like someone scanned their actual uni campus and then said fuck it, let's make it horny. Not in a polished way. The animations are 2D and they have that Ren'py jank where a character's hand will just teleport from a desk to their hair between frames. It's almost charming, like a flipbook made by someone who was definitely not thinking about art class.

The voyeur stuff hits different when it's set in a place that feels lived in. There's this one scene early on, you're just sitting in a lecture hall and the girl two rows down is stretching, her shirt riding up. The game doesn't announce it. No camera zoom, no sparkle effect. You just notice. Or you don't. That's the mechanic I keep coming back to, the choice to look or not look isn't a big flashing button. It's a subtle prompt that disappears if you wait too long. Missed it the first time because I was reading the actual lecture text on screen, which is some nonsense about philosophy. Tibi ipsi esto fidelis. Yeah, sure, prof.

The hometown transfer setup is whatever, standard male protag returning to familiar streets, but the branching is where it gets messy in a good way. You can end up a total doormat in one route and a manipulative creep in another. I tried the submissive path and honestly felt gross after a specific encounter with a student council type. Not because it was badly written, but because it was too real. The dialogue has this stilted quality, like English is a second language for the dev too, and somehow that makes the awkward silences more awkward. The sex scenes are explicit, no fade to black bullshit, but the anatomy is... let's say enthusiastic. Proportions that would make a hentai artist blush.

Wish the save system wasn't so buried in the menu. Three clicks to quicksave is two too many when you're trying to branch a decision about whether to follow someone into the library stacks. The school setting is underused. You've got this whole campus and most of the action is in dorms and empty classrooms. Where's the risky hookup in the greenhouse? The forgotten basement corridor? Missed opportunities that won't get patched because this game is what it is.
