Bastard Chronicles throws you into this ugly-beautiful mess where a guy who should have been quietly forgotten in some royal ledger ends up in a “holy” girlboss order that is anything but holy. You’re Mordred, bastard prince, official loser of the bloodline, dragged into a matriarchal knight order that talks a lot about justice and purity while running on corruption, blackmail and who sucks whose cock behind locked doors. It’s not a power fantasy where you’re instantly the chad who owns the room; at the start you’re basically meat with a title, surrounded by armored women who could snap your spine and then use you as a footstool. Which, yeah, the game is pretty happy to show literally. One moment you’re in a tactical meeting about rebels and supply lines, and the next your “commanding officer” has your face on her boot, pressing it to your mouth, quietly telling you to lick until she’s done signing reports. The mix of strategy, porn and political bullshit is the thing here, not some comfy romance where everyone kisses and forgives.

What I like is how the adult scenes grow out of the situation instead of feeling like “click to see tit”. You screw up a turn based mission, you get punished in a way that is half sex scene, half humiliation scene. I had one fight where I misjudged the enemy formation, saved the wrong spell for the wrong wave, and ended up back at base stripped naked while two knights argued if they should break you or “train” you. Or the way a woman who had you pinned on the floor with her heel on your cock in an earlier scene later shows up bloody and exhausted, leaning on you as you walk through ruined streets, and you get this stupid option to kiss her forehead like she’s not a complete tyrant. The sex stays explicit: sloppy handjobs under cloaks in dark alleys, footjobs while you’re trying to read secret reports, a noblewoman sinking down on your dick while spitting insults, or you forced to kneel and hold your tongue out as they take turns riding your face.
