The public stuff is where it gets good. You're constantly weighing how many people might see her versus how fast she can get to safety. There's this one scene where she has to cross a lobby and the camera just lingers on her from behind while some businessman nearly chokes on his coffee. The voice acting surprised me, Beth actually sounds breathless and scared instead of like someone reading lines in a booth. The oral and vaginal scenes come later depending on your choices but they feel earned somehow, like yeah she's desperate enough to trade favors for a towel. Makes sense in the moment.
