Max is a fucking disaster of a protagonist and I love him for it. The game opens with this loser getting kicked out of his old school, and now he's crashing with two girls who study like their lives depend on it and a landlady with an ass that could stop traffic. Ann, the landlady, lands some high paying job and suddenly she's financing the whole house. Something about that setup just screams corruption waiting to happen, and the game delivers. There's this one scene where Max is peeping through a crack in the door while Ann changes after a shower. The way the light hits her curves, the slow reveal of her tits, her thick thighs, and then she catches him looking but doesn't cover up right away. She just smirks. That moment alone made me restart the whole route to see if I could push it further.

Gameplay is your standard visual novel click through dialogue, make choices, hope you don't fuck up. But the writing is surprisingly sharp for something this unpolished. The English is rough in places, like the translator gave up halfway through some lines, but honestly it adds to the charm. Max is a virgin, obviously, and the teasing from Alice and Lisa feels real. Alice just graduated high school and she's got this innocent face but the way she bends over her textbooks, skirt riding up, you know she knows what she's doing. Lisa is more direct, always finding excuses to brush against Max in the hallway.

The incest tag is there but it's more implied than explicit early on, which is weird because the corruption and voyeurism tags are front and center from the jump. The 3DCG models are hit or miss. Ann looks incredible, like someone spent weeks on her ass alone. Alice sometimes has dead eyes during emotional scenes. But whatever, I'm not here for the graphics. The mystery about what Max did at his old school keeps getting teased and I still don't know what happened, which is annoying but also keeps me clicking. The brother tag? No idea where that fits yet. Maybe a future update. The game doesn't explain half its systems and the save feature is buried in a menu that took me ten minutes to find. Still, when Ann leans over the kitchen counter and her tits practically spill out of her blouse, I forget all that.
