I gotta say, the scene where the landlady finally corners you in the laundry room is something else. She's got this way of pressing her chest against the washing machine, the vibration making everything jiggle while she pretends to check if you've been using too much detergent. Her hand drifts to your belt like she's just adjusting the settings on the dryer, casual as hell, and then suddenly you're watching her lips wrap around you while the spin cycle drowns out the sounds. The CG is rough around the edges, sure, but something about that slightly off lighting makes it feel more real than those polished renders you see everywhere. Like catching a glimpse of something you weren't supposed to.

You're a loser who inherits a building or something, I don't know, the plot is basically a delivery mechanism for getting your dick wet. The translation is janky in that specific way where you can tell someone actually tried but English isn't their thing. "Your rent is due but maybe we can... negotiate" type dialogue that makes you snort. The minigame where you have to click on tenants' doors at the right time is never explained, I just mashed through it until things started happening. There's this one tenant, the goth chick with the ridiculous ass, who has a whole side thing with her girlfriend that comes out of nowhere and suddenly you're watching them go at it on your couch while you just stand there. The game doesn't even give you a choice, it's like "here's some lesbian action, enjoy" and honestly? Fair.

The humor lands more often than it should for something this unpolished. The landlord puns get old fast but then there's a scene where you accidentally walk in on a tenant using a vibrator shaped like a rent check and I lost it. The group scene near the end is chaotic in a way that feels intentional, bodies clipping through furniture, moans overlapping weirdly. If you're gonna play this, save before every door knock. Trust me on that one. The autosave is useless and you'll miss half the good stuff if you're not careful about which order you visit apartments. Also the handjob scene in the elevator has this weird timing mechanic that I still don't understand but the payoff is worth failing it three times. Or maybe I'm just bad at it. Whatever, you'll figure it out.
