Lewd Lore: Isekai Fantasy starts stupidly simple. Guy dies, wakes up in horny fantasy land, gets powers that are way too busted for someone who clearly just wants to fuck around. But it kind of works, because the game leans hard into the fantasy part instead of pretending it is deep and philosophical. One minute you are joking with some cute monster girl with thighs that could probably crush your ribs, next minute you are using magic in totally irresponsible ways just to see one more ahegao face.
