Right off the bat, the game hits you with this vibe. You got your typical anime school setup, a bunch of girls dealing with life and their own weirdness, but then there’s this ancient evil creeping around the edges. The whole thing feels like someone shoved a Junji Ito manga into a harem dating sim and just left it there to fester. My brain kept thinking of Doki Doki Literature Club, but with actual animated sex scenes and a lot more feet. For some reason.

The voice acting caught me off guard. Not because it’s amazing, but because a girl was literally mid ahegao, eyes rolling back, tongue out, the works, and the audio just clipped. That little crackle took me right out. I spent the next ten minutes just replaying different moans to see if it was a one time thing. It wasn't. I'm still annoyed. The animations themselves are pretty smooth though, for 3D renders. The horror bits are genuinely unsettling when they pop up, a quick flash of something wrong during a normal conversation, and then bam, you’re back to helping a virgin classmate with her... studies.

The protagonist is a total blank slate, which I guess is the point, but the story says he's at the center of it all. You get choices to either be a decent dude or just feed everyone to the cosmic horror. I went full bastard mode for a bit. Convinced one of the girls to mess around with another while I watched, classic voyeur stuff. Then later I’m getting a footjob from the school idol while she talks about her existential dread. The tonal whiplash is insane. One second it's sweet romance, next it's straight up psychological body horror, and then a lesbian scene breaks out. It doesn’t know what it wants to be, and honestly, I don’t think it cares.

The humor lands sometimes. Found a scene where a character is having a full on meltdown about the evil entity and the dialogue option was just "nice tits". Stupid, but I clicked it. The monetization is a one time buy, which is a relief. No gacha crap pulling for a rare horror themed panty shot. You get the whole messy package. There's a harem path, obviously, but managing it while the world is ending feels like a chore. The horror tag is no joke though, some of the imagery stuck with me longer than the sex scenes did. I completely forgot to mention the masturbation mechanics until just now. They're fine.
