You pick your party and off you go, collecting cards and fighting these... things. The combat is proper turn based tactics, you actually have to think about positioning and what cards to play. It's not just a flimsy excuse to show tits. Well, it is, but the game part is legit. The whole gimmick is this Breeding Protocol. You build up lust during fights, and when it maxes out, things get messy. I mean tentacles appearing, multiple penetration, the whole works. And the creampie isn't just a visual, it's a mechanic. You're literally trying to get your crew impregnated by these alien horrors because it unlocks new cards and abilities. It's the most fucked up team building exercise I've ever seen.

The card synergies are surprisingly deep. You can build a deck around a character getting groped to power up a massive attack, or focus on pure tactical strikes. I had a run where my main strategy was letting the big titted scientist get grabbed by tentacles on purpose, just to trigger a chain of anal sex scenes that gave me enough buffs to one shot the boss. It's a roguelike, so you die and start over, but the combinations of elements and characters change the card pool, so it never feels exactly the same. The AI art can be a bit jarring sometimes, like a hand will just melt into a thigh, but honestly, you're not exactly staring at the hands. The horror elements are a nice touch, it's not just sexy, it's genuinely creepy. The sound design is minimal though, could really use some squelching noises. Just saying.

Wish the pregnancy visuals were a bit more pronounced across runs, but it's a small gripe. The whole thing is a sweaty, strategic mess of alien goo and bad decisions.
