Rebel Duet. Where do I even start. Probably with the succubus because she’s the whole reason you’re stuck in this fantasy mess. You get yanked from your boring office life, and suddenly you’re her bodyguard, sharing a house, trying not to die. The game doesn’t look polished, it’s got that rough 3DCG thing going on where sometimes the animations feel a bit stiff, but honestly I stopped caring. The voice acting caught me off guard, actually decent, makes the teasing hit different. She’ll just be there, talking, and you realize you’ve been staring at the screen way too long.

Picked the female protagonist because I wanted to see where the lesbian stuff went. It’s mostly that, with some optional bi scenes thrown in. The mind control tag isn’t just for show either. There’s this one moment early on where you’re training her, leveling up her corruption, and she gets this look. You know the one. Then she’s on her knees and it’s a pov footjob out of nowhere. I didn’t even spec for that build. The game just does things like that, drops a handjob scene or some anal training and you’re supposed to just roll with it. The humor helps, it’s not all serious dark fantasy. The protagonist starts off so pathetically weak, can barely swing a sword, and the succubus mocks you for it. But by act three you’re a spellsword and the power dynamic flips. That slow burn, man. It takes forever but the payoff when you finally dominate a fight, or a sex scene, hits harder.

I wish the inventory system was less clunky. Scrolling through items feels like a chore and I keep forgetting which potion does what. Won’t be fixed, I bet. The graphic violence surprised me too, it’s not just a porn game, there’s actual blood and stakes. The world building is what got me though. Different towns, side heroines with their own little stories, flings that don’t overstay their welcome. You can go full harem or keep it romantic, poly, whatever. The game doesn’t judge. Just don’t expect to be a gigachad right away. You’ll be fumbling through dialogue trees and getting your ass kicked while your demon roommate laughs. And then later you’re the one laughing. Or something. I forgot where I was going with this. The soundtrack loops are stuck in my head now. Dare to play it alone, or invite company?
