Rowan’s farmstead stinks of pig shit and failure when the stranger arrives. I don’t mean the game is ugly, the 2D art is actually pretty slick in that painted fantasy way, but the vibe is pure rot. You’re this war hero, right, and your wife Alexia is all doe eyes and loyalty, and then this pale bitch with hips like a curse just walks in and everything unravels. The management stuff, the kingdom building, it’s there but who cares when you’re forced to watch your own hands betray everything. I spent twenty minutes just clicking through troop movements while my mind was stuck on a scene where Alexia gets cornered by some futa mercenary with a strap bigger than my forearm. The game doesn’t ask, it just shows you the corruption spreading like mold on bread.

The multiple protagonist thing is a trap. You think you’re controlling the story but you’re just picking which hole gets filled first. There’s this one monster girl, a slime thing with too many tongues, and the anal scene with her made me actually put my phone down. Not because it was bad, but because the sound design, just the wet squelching in my head, was too much. I wish the mobile version didn’t overheat my phone though, that’s never getting fixed. The lesbian content between Alexia and the dark queen, whatever her name is, feels more tender than anything Rowan gets, which is a weird choice but it works. The cheating tag is underselling it, this is full on cuckolding with extra steps and a fantasy skin. Oh and the gay stuff with the elf prisoner, I forgot about that until now, it’s there and it’s graphic.

The NTR hits different when you’re the one marching your wife to the breeding pits. You don’t play this, you survive it. The female domination scenes with the orc chieftain had me questioning my own save file. I loaded an earlier save three times trying to avoid a group sex event in the castle dungeons, but the game just laughed and offered me a worse outcome with more tentacles. The corruption meter is a joke, it only goes one way. I wanted more control over the shop upgrades but honestly I was too busy watching my character become a puppet. Dare to play it alone, or invite company? No, don’t, that’s a terrible idea. This is a solo descent.
