This one drops you straight into prince Aetrian’s comfy little bubble, where everything is polished and proper and heavy with duty, and then just shoves Jarrod, his “servant”, right into the middle of every dirty thought he keeps pretending he doesn’t have. It feels like reading somebody’s private fantasy notebook they hid under the mattress, with cute scribbles in the margins and then suddenly, oh, okay, hand on cock now, we’re doing this.
What I like is how quiet it starts. You’re in this fantasy castle life, all titles and future king stuff, and you can feel how Aetrian already gave up on having fun. He’s like “this is my role” and all that, but the way he looks at Jarrod is not very royal at all. Jarrod’s that loyal type, soft and a little rough at the same time, like the guy who helps you dress and you both pretend his fingers aren’t brushing your skin too long. The story doesn’t waste time with choices or complicated routes, it just pulls you along like a lazy river that suddenly turns into someone stroking you under the water. One scene you’re talking about responsibilities, almost sweet and romantic, and next scene you’ve got a handjob in a room that probably has portraits of their ancestors watching. That part made me laugh. I kept thinking, if I was on stage doing burlesque out of this game, I’d come out in a ridiculous velvet cape, toss it off, and under it nothing but lace and a crown slipping down my hair while I grind on a fake throne. The whole vibe feels like that: noble on top, filthy underneath.
The game is short, and yeah, that kinda annoyed me in the middle because just when I got properly attached to Aetrian being all soft and needy, it was already heading to the creampie and goodbye territory. The build up is nice, sweet almost, but some parts of the pacing feel like when you’re already hard and the lube is still in another room. There’s one masturbation bit where the prince is clearly thinking about more than duty, and Jarrod walks in at the exact wrong/ right time, and I actually had to pause Spotify because the scene hits that gay panic / gay relief mix really well. It’s romantic as hell, but also not shy with the explicit stuff: you get the details on the strokes, on the gasps, on how close they are to ruining the whole “proper” image of the kingdom. And then the finish, literally, with that creampie payoff that feels way too intimate for two guys who still think they’re just prince and servant. It made me want more world, more bad decisions, more of them breaking rules, which of course the game doesn’t give. That’s the worst part and also kinda hot, like someone pulling your hand away just when you’re thinking about round two.
