The troll in this game has a serious logistics problem and I can't stop thinking about it. Three girls wander into his cave, classic setup, but the way the whole slave system works here is just... the guy has no organizational skills whatsoever. You're clicking through these quests trying to get the girls into various situations and half the time I'm sitting there wondering who's managing the cave while all this is happening. Does he have a schedule? A rotation? The adventures tag is doing a lot of heavy lifting because most of what you do is poke around the same few cave rooms hoping a new scene triggers.
The hentai art is deliberately rough. Not in a charming way exactly, more like someone drew it during a very specific mood and refused to clean up the lines afterward. There's this one scene with the redhead that I kept coming back to not because it was hot but because her expression changes three times in four frames and none of them match what the text says is happening. It's like watching a bootleg anime where the dub and subtitles are fighting each other. I spent way too long trying to figure out if that was intentional or just sloppy.
The trolls themselves. Look. They're trolls. The game doesn't pretend otherwise and neither should you. If you're the type who's spent time on certain image boards arguing about monster design philosophy, you'll find things to appreciate here. The corruption arc moves fast, maybe too fast, there's no real resistance from the girls after the first couple scenes and that takes some of the tension out. But then again if you're playing something called Trollbusters you probably weren't here for a slow burn character study. The slave mechanics unlock in a weird order too, you get access to stuff that should logically come later way before the basic scenes finish playing out. Made me feel like I'd skipped a chapter somewhere.
