Caleb looks like the kind of guy who should be grading papers or smoking behind the gym, not walking through a school full of ghosts with his pockets stuffed full of grimoires and bad decisions. That’s kind of the whole mood here. It’s a school setting, but everything feels slightly wrong, like the bell rings at the wrong time or the hallway is a bit too long, and then the girl at the end of it turns her head just a bit too far and smiles way too wide. One moment you’re staring at a classmate’s tight uniform and the soft bounce of those ridiculous tits when she laughs, the next you’re watching the lights flicker while something tall and not-really-human leans out of the ceiling tiles like it’s curious what your flavor is. The game leans into that “am I turned on or should I be running” confusion and honestly never gives you a clear answer. I like that. I also kind of hate it, in a good way.
The whole thing is done in 3D scenes that are a little rough around the edges, but that actually helps. Faces don’t look like generic porn models, they look like real people who just happen to have asses that could block a hallway and tits that threaten every button on their uniform. Sometimes the animation janks a bit when she drops to her knees and starts working your cock with slow, messy oral, and it almost feels like a bad camera angle in a real recording instead of a game issue. There’s this one scene in a dark classroom where you’re supposed to be investigating some paranormal crap, checking your stats and thinking about what talent to level next, and instead you end up backed against a desk while a girl with this lazy, teasing grin grinds her huge ass against your lap. The game keeps giving you options like “probe for more information” while she’s whispering in your ear and dragging her tongue along your neck and you’re just there going, yeah sure, I’m totally focused on the mystery right now. The sex doesn’t feel like a reward screen, more like it barges into the story at bad moments and derails you. In a nice way. Mostly.
What got me hooked is how it treats Caleb’s “magic” as half-superpower, half-curse. You pump points into different stats, pick little “class” style directions, and it actually changes how people react. Sometimes he feels like a discount Constantine, mouthing off to monsters that could snap him in half, sometimes he’s just a tired guy who stares too long at a girl’s cleavage while the air behind her starts to warp like something is crawling into the room. There’s a scene in the locker area where a paranormal event is unfolding, all warped tiles and wet sounds from nowhere, and he’s still getting distracted by the way a possessed student bends over, her skirt hiking up over this insane bubble butt, right before the thing inside her decides it wants a taste. It slides from creepy to horny to strangely tender, then back to “oh, right, you might die here” without telling you when it switched. The teasing is constant too, like you’ll get slow oral from a monster girl who pretends she’s just “examining” you, stopping right before you finish and asking these weird lore questions while you’re throbbing for her mouth again. I wish the UI would shut up a bit during those scenes, actually, the little stat popups feel like a Discord notification in the middle of a blowjob. But I still kept clicking, and reloading saves, and trying different branches, because I wanted to see which route gives more supernatural fuckery and which one finally makes that quiet girl in the back row stop just brushing your fingers and actually climb into your lap. I’m still not sure if I’m playing a lewd mystery or a cursed porn, and that’s kind of the best part.
