Honestly the management loop in Proxent is nothing you haven't clicked through before, but the real hook is how it uses actual photo sets and video loops of recognizable performers instead of drawn art. Not sure if that makes it hotter or just weirder when you are assigning someone named after a real adult actress to a "first anal scene" training task. The text adventure part is thin, like a spreadsheet wearing a trench coat, but somehow it works because the browser based html format means you can alt tab at work and nobody notices you are optimizing creampie output per hour.

There is this one unlock path with a busty redhead model where her "nervous" meter has to stay above 70 while you push her into a gangbang scene. The writing there is surprisingly effective, all trembling dialogue and the director NPC muttering about lighting.
