So the whole time I'm playing Cosy Cafe I'm thinking about how my grandfather would react to the spanking scenes. He was a baker, real old school, would have slapped me silly for wasting flour. This game doesn't waste anything though. It's a kinetic novel so you just sit there and let it happen, which is fine because the writing carries it. You're a guy with a shitty past trying to open a cafe while still in school. Money's tight. Then girls start orbiting. Not in a cheesy way either, more like they smell the ambition on you.
The maledom tag is doing a lot of work here. It's not the angry kind. More like the guy knows what he wants and the girls eventually figure out they want it too. There's a milf character who runs the local bakery and the first time she bends over a counter I nearly dropped my phone. The 3DCG is unpolished in that specific way where the faces sometimes look like mannequins but the bodies move right. Big asses everywhere. The creampie scenes are frequent and messy. One of the school girls starts as a virgin and the build up to that is actually sweet, lots of teasing and groping before anything serious.
I wish the exhibitionism tag showed up more. There's one scene where you finger a girl behind the cafe during a busy lunch rush and it's the hottest thing in the whole game. Then it never really goes back to that risk. The harem forms slowly, which I respect, but by the end you're basically a cult leader with a coffee machine. The BDSM stuff is light, mostly spanking and collars, nothing that would scare off a casual player.
