I gotta say, the whole "check their hands and teeth" mechanic got me good the first time. You're Sarah, holed up in this shitty apartment while the RAG virus turns people into these massive, mindless things that keep knocking. And you have to decide who to let in. The first visitor seemed normal enough, some guy looking for shelter, but then I noticed his fingers were swelling right there in front of me and I slammed the door so fast. My heart was actually pounding. That's the thing about this visual novel, it tricks you into thinking you're playing a standard survival thing but then Sarah starts changing too and suddenly you're not sure if you're trying to save her or just watching the inevitable.
The weight gain progression is wild. Sarah's body just balloons scene by scene, her tits getting heavier, her ass spreading wider, and the game doesn't shy away from showing every detail. There's this one visitor, I think his name was Marcus or something, who keeps coming back and the way he talks about her transformation, like it's the hottest thing he's ever seen, it gets under your skin. The psychological horror part isn't just about jump scares, it's about how tempting it becomes to just give in and let the virus take over. One ending had her so massive she couldn't even move anymore and honestly I just sat there staring at the screen.
The eight visitors all have different kinks and secrets, and some of the dialogue is genuinely unsettling mixed with being incredibly explicit. I wish the game tracked which visitors you've encountered across playthroughs though, because I kept forgetting who I'd already seen and it got confusing. The BBW expansion stuff is front and center, no subtlety, and if you're into that specific niche of horror where the monster is also weirdly seductive, this hits different. Just don't expect polish, the whole thing feels rough around the edges but maybe that's the point.
