I don't know what I expected from a game called something like Granny's Guest or whatever. The title screen has this weird clipart rose and the music sounds like a ringtone from 2006. You come home from college and immediately the camera is just... lingering on this old woman's feet. She's wearing slippers with the fluff worn down and there's a closeup that lasts way too long. I felt my soul leave my body a little.

The whole thing is this bizarre uncanny valley where everyone talks like they learned English from a broken microwave. Your character's inner monologue is just nonstop horny nonsense. "Her ankles look so soft," he thinks while she's asking about his grades. The foot stuff comes out of nowhere and then never stops. There's a scene where you help her try on orthopedic inserts and the game treats it like a striptease. I laughed so hard I snorted coffee onto my keyboard. The sex scenes are these stiff animations where bodies clip through each other and the sound effects are clearly just someone slapping a ham with a wet sponge. During one oral scene the audio looped so aggressively I thought my speakers were dying.

But here's the thing. I kept clicking. The pregnancy risk mechanic is broken as hell, you can knock her up basically by accident and then the dialogue gets even weirder. She starts knitting tiny sweaters while calling you a scoundrel. The lactation content appears with zero warning and the milk physics are honestly disturbing, like someone filled water balloons with cottage cheese. There's a threesome option with her twin sister who shows up for no reason and they both have the same face but different wigs. The BDSM stuff is introduced through a misunderstanding about a back massage. I can't tell if the developer is a genius or needs to be studied in a lab. The urination tag is real and it's exactly as unsexy as you think. I'm not even mad. I'm just confused and slightly dehydrated.
