I started this one out of curiosity, expecting some goofy parody nonsense, but ended up weirdly invested in how far it’d push the “Mystery Gang but everyone’s horny and morally sideways” idea. It’s not shy about being nasty, that’s for sure. The tone goes from slapstick to straight-up filthy without blinking - one second Daphne’s teasing with that fake-innocent grin, next she’s doing things that’d make a cam site blush. I kind of liked that shamelessness, even if sometimes it felt like it was trying too hard to shock. The humor’s crude, messy, but that’s part of the fun - like watching people cosplay too well, and then forget they’re pretending. Fred’s written as this clean-cut idiot who slowly realizes he’s not the main character anymore, and it’s both funny and sad in a way I didn’t expect. Velma’s corruption arc? Way too hot, even when it gets borderline mean.

The sandbox thing works better than I thought - it gives you room to poke around and see how different choices twist the group dynamic. There’s a scene with a mirror and a toy that’s so ridiculous it almost breaks the tone, but then it doubles down and somehow sells it. I wish the sound design wasn’t so uneven, though; sometimes it’s moans, sometimes it’s dead silence like someone forgot to hit record. Still, the awkwardness adds charm. The game doesn’t care if it’s pretty or polished, it just wants to push you toward that point where you laugh and gasp at the same time. I caught myself mumbling “that’s too much” while clicking for the next round. It’s that kind of ride.

What’s strange is how it sneaks in a bit of character work under all the sleaze. You start noticing how each of them gives in differently - Daphne plays with it, Velma rationalizes it, Fred just breaks. I kept expecting some moral wrap-up, but it never comes, just more teasing, more corruption, like a loop you don’t really want to end. I guess that’s the point.
