Witches Gone Wild feels like someone took those old Harry Potter forum RPs we wrote as horny teens, spiked them with way too much tequila, then forgot to add a safety filter. You play this cocky young wizard who gets yeeted back to the 70s version of the magic school, where all the famous witches are suddenly younger, hotter and a lot less strict about school rules. It’s very tongue in cheek, but also very tongue in places that are not cheek. The whole thing is built like a mix between a visual novel and a point & click sandbox, so half the time you’re flirting or getting roasted by girls, the other half you’re poking random stuff in the castle hoping it triggers a scene and not just another “come back later, perv” message. I played it in Chrome on my old laptop while pretending to answer Slack at work, which was a mistake because the animated scenes are way more explicit than the cutesy art style suggests. Once the first blowjob animation started and she kept moaning your name with that smug little femdom smile, I had to alt tab out so fast I nearly closed Spotify instead.

The game is very into teasing and voyeur stuff. I actually liked that the humor doesn’t stop when the sex starts, so you can be mid titfuck scene and she’s still making fun of how quickly you’re about to cum. Although sometimes the jokes land like a wet sock, especially when the game really wants to be meme-y and you’re just horny and clicking through dialog trying to get to the part where she uses the wand as a toy again.

The romance side is there, but it’s more like “we flirt, we banter, now open your legs” than big emotional writing, except one or two storylines that suddenly hit you with sad backstory out of nowhere. You go from oral sex behind a tapestry to “my childhood was terrible” in two clicks, and I kinda loved that whiplash. The school setting helps with the voyeur vibe a lot. You’re always sneaking around corridors at night, peeking through doors, catching a witch half undressed in the girls’ dorm and deciding whether to leave like a gentleman or stay and watch like a horny goblin. One of my favorite bits is a late quest where a dominant witch makes you her “assistant” and every “lesson” is basically a new way to embarrass you. She ties your hands with magical rope, makes you stand there while she slowly strips, pushes your face between her legs and controls every movement so tightly that even when you finally slide into her, it feels like she’s just using your body as a toy. Then the next day she pats your head in the courtyard like you’re a good boy and ignores your texts. The sandbox part can get grindy and I absolutely hate the tiny little sparkle that’s supposed to show where you can click in one hallway, it blends in with the background and I spent forever trying to trigger a simple handjob scene. But when you finally unlock a route, the combination of voyeurism, teasing, witches in stockings, titfucks and that ridiculous magic school parody vibe hits a very specific brain itch that I’m honestly not proud of. Or maybe I am, hard to say.
