Naruto Shippuden: Rise of the Yugure is basically that filthy little side-story your brain wrote when you were a horny teen watching late night anime, except now someone actually clicked it into a visual novel and gave you buttons to push. It throws you right into the middle of the ninja mess, with Naruto running around trying to deal with this weird new threat and, of course, somehow every “investigation” turns into him getting tangled with Sakura, Hinata, Ino and all that cast you absolutely never looked at in an innocent way. The game doesn’t waste much time pretending to be pure. One moment you’re reading about some mysterious clan and “dark chakra” nonsense, and three clicks later you’re staring at Hinata trying really hard to be shy while her tits are basically a war crime. What I liked is how it kind of plays like those old cheap internet H-games I used to run on a trash laptop, where the art is hot but a bit uneven and that actually makes it better. Sometimes you get long stretches of talking about Yugure and shadowy enemies and villages, then boom, a sex scene hits you out of nowhere right when you were about to alt-tab to Telegram. But that awkward stop-and-go almost feels right for a parody like this, like watching someone’s horny fanfic that forgot if it wants to be an epic ninja saga or a straight-up porn doujin and just said “yeah, both is fine.” It’s not classy, it’s not subtle, but when Sakura starts arguing with Ino over who “motivates” Naruto better, and the game gives you the option to completely mishandle the situation and make it hotter and more embarrassing for everyone, it scratches that dirty little itch that probably made you click this in the first place.

Naruto: Trials of Menma is one of those filthy little projects where you open it “just to check it out” and suddenly you’re ten clicks deep into Hinata’s tits bouncing on the screen and wondering where your life went wrong. You play as Menma, basically Naruto’s edgy mirror with the same dumb face but way less moral brakes. The game drops you back in that early Konoha vibe, but instead of chasing Sasuke and screaming about friendship, you’re lowkey plotting how to get your hands on Hinata’s shy body, Sakura’s ass, and Ino’s everything. It acts like it’s a serious story, with talks about destiny and rival shinobi, but let’s not lie, the real “trials” here are watching Hinata squirm while you keep pushing the teasing dialog options like a perv. One second you’re picking a story choice about “protect the village” and literally the next screen you’re “accidentally” groping Sakura in a training scene while she pretends to be mad but her face goes full blush-core. The tone is all over the place in a good trashy way; sometimes you’re fighting as Menma and the little animated bits kick in, and sometimes you’re in Naruto’s body messing with the girls who trust him way too much. Naruto fans who took the “what if he was an asshole” thoughts a bit too far are gonna feel weirdly seen.

The animations actually surprised me. Not gonna pretend it’s deep or smart.
